TMB metro - Barcelona Metro

Lesseps. Fontana. Passeig de Gracia. Diagonal. Arc de Triomf. Urquinaona. Catalunya. Universitat. Urgell. Rocafort. Espanya. Hostafrancs.

Such distinctive names and spellings. All these metro stops I sped past with the Barcelona Metro's "Linya A o B". The subway system of Barcelona.

It is the only metro system so far, where, as I was waiting for the next train at the Catalunya stop, I was pleasantly astonished to hear a metro service interruption announced through the metro speaker system in Catalan. Then Castillan Spanish. Then the following languages if I remember all and correctly: French, English, Mandarin, and Arabic (maybe). And the announcement was repeated in the same languages, for good measure. Cool. Certainly never encountered such in Madrid.

Doodle on YM

Doodled on a YM imvironment a friend and I played around with while chatting online with each other. Quite entertaining seeing those strokes appearing or disappearing (when my friend erases her doodles). Here's the screenshot of my doodle.

Galicia, Espana

Really love Galicia. At left is a photo I took of the cathedral at Santiago de Compostela in Galicia, Spain. Such a memorable place. Love the scenes on the way to Lisbon, Portugal from Galicia by bus too.

Andalucia, Spain

At left is a photo I took as I explored and walked along the cobbled streets of the Albaicin district, somewhere in Andalucia, Spain… I will never forget this place.
